Kimberly Carter

Before the creation of Kastec, Inc., Kimberly held the title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Bruns General Contracting, of Tipp City, Ohio. Her specialty was helping customers; especially churches, medical entities and non-profit corporations, clear the pre-construction hurdles leading to successful projects. She began her career with that company in 1999 and enjoyed steadysuccess. Kimberly was the firm’s top sales performer two years running before assuming her final position there.

During her ten years with Bruns, Kimberly formed many strategic partnerships throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio region. These, combined with her community involvement and knowledge of all facets of the pre-construction process, make her an outstanding asset to any client contemplating a building project.

From first hand experience, Kimberly understands the day-to-day pressures experienced by individuals who run organizations. She ran a forty-five-person business from 1987 to 1999. Thus she has a keen appreciation of the challenges presented when that individual must assume the additional load of administering a construction project.

Kimberly excels as an effective interface between the owner and the numerous entities involved in any construction. She is a knowledgeable “people person” who truly understands the needs of the client and how to obtain the desired result in the most efficient possible manner.
